How to return or exchange?
I'm sorry you didn't like your Qoiry. Please contact support@Qoiry.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange or return and we will take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don't worry - Qoiry packages do not include a return order. Just contact support@Qoiry.com and we will help you with your return or exchange.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of the order.
For returns or if you are unable to return within 30 days, please contact support@Qoiry.com.
An order number is required for returns and you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
PayPal refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What if I receive the wrong product?
We apologize if the product you received is different from what you ordered! Please contact us at support@Qoiry.com and we will be sure to provide you with the Qoiry you ordered!
What is your return process if I am not satisfied with the product?
Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packaging instructions:
- Pack the item securely in a carton.
- Apply the shipping label directly to the address side of the package, covering all previous shipping addresses and barcodes, without overlapping any adjacent sides.
- Use the address provided and include the appropriate postage.
- Send the package from your nearest post office or the carrier of your choice.
